You can also use this Retreat to learn and/or develop the art of stillness, silence and meditation.

PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT:  Four powerful transformational workshops catering to your specific needs.  Take home more self-confidence, emotional balance and personal power. COUPLES CONNECTION: Enjoy up to eight hours of healing, revealing, enlightening and deep conversations, exercises and processes to enhance the quality of your life and your relationship.  Come solo, or come as a couple for the same price.  Same sex couples also welcomed. Each personal retreat consists of two two-hour sessions on the first day, and two two-hour sessions on the second day, allowing plenty of time for resting and relaxation.  Each retreat concludes with a special closing ceremony prepared especially for you by Wanda.

Personal Retreats are held at the beautiful Ojai Valley Retreat Center, 2 hours north of Los Angeles. The Center is newly renovated with beautiful rooms, most with spectacular mountain views.
