Deborah Deras is a Principal of Synergy Unlimited and co-author of "Confessions of an Adrenalin Addict." She is a charismatic speaker, highly energetic seminar leader and master results coach certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis.

She received a full grant for her Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. She also earned a National Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor from the Commission a Rehabilitation Counseling Certification. She has received post-graduate training from the American Seminar Leadership Association in which she obtained a Certification as an Action Coach. Currently, she is a Professor of Human Services at the University of Phoenix. She is also a licensed Spiritual Counselor under the direction of Dr. Michael Beckwith founder of the Agape Spiritual Center.

Deborah brings a standard of excellence to all of her presentations. Some of her satisfied clients include Child Care Resource Center, Creative Solutions, Careerbuilder, National Political Women’s Network, Caltech, Staples, ACW of Jet Propulsion Laboratories, ZEST, PacifiCare, Home Depot, HOPE, and the YWCA.

Deborah Deras is very active in the Latino business community. She was nominated as the Latina Entrepreneur of Year (2004) by the Latin Business Association and the winner of the Latina of the Month, by the National Latina Business Women's Association. She is also regularly featured as an expert speaker and coach in Latina and Catalina Magazines. She has appeared on numerous television and radio shows, most recently on the Pat Prescott show, Visions and Views on 94.7-KTWV, "The Wave".

She lives in Los Angeles and enjoys Salsa dancing, meditating and traveling the world.
