Aneisa Young Bolton is the CEO of Asiena International and is known for her exceptional ability to facilitate positive transformation. She does this in several ways including motivational speaking engagements, management consulting, staff development, mediation, executive and personal coaching. Her passion is guiding and supporting individuals and organizations in their process of realizing their goals and aspirations.

She comes from a diverse background with many years of experience as an educator, manager, strategic planner, change facilitator and conflict resolution specialist. She has worked with both private and public sector organizations including numerous school districts, the City of Long Beach, California Department of Corrections, Pioneer Electronics, Investors Business Daily, Superior Grocers, Agape International Spiritual Center and PeacePartners to name a few.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medical and African American studies with a minor in Chemistry from California State University Long Beach.  She has also received extensive training in public speaking and interpersonal communications from the Dale Carnegie Institute, mediation training from the LA County Bar Association & California State University Dominguez Hills, and life & spiritual coaching training from the University of Transformational Studies and Spiritual Leadership.
